We rely on third-party providers like Bloom.io to host and manage the platform. We are not responsible for service interruptions or outages caused by these providers. Misuse of the Portal may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Square in compliance with their privacy and security policies (https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy). We also accept payments via Zelle or bank transfer through the Bloom.io platform. All payments must be made within the timelines specified in the Project Order.
Dispute Resolution:
Payment disputes must be submitted within
30 days of the transaction. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the terms outlined in the project agreement.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Website:
- In violation of federal, state, or international laws.
- To exploit or harm minors by collecting or exposing personal information.
- To transmit spam, unsolicited promotions, or malware.
- To impersonate the Company, its employees, or other users.
